When will my order ship?

For pieces that are ready-made and available, we will ship within one week (often much faster!), via UPS.

For pieces that are made-to-order, we will contact you with an estimated time for production and delivery. The best things are always worth the wait :)

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been received.  You will also receive an email containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.  If you have any questions, email us at info@melissabamberhome.com and we will be happy to provide you with more information.  

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates will vary depending on order size and speed. In general we charge a flat fee of between $5-10 which covers a fraction of the actual cost to ship to you.
