What is your turnaround time?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship.  Many items ship faster but we would hate to disappoint you.

Can I place a Rush Order?

We do understand that Rush Orders are sometimes needed. If our production schedule allows it, we would be happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us with your request and we will let you know if we can make it happen, and if a rush fee applies.

How can I check the status of an order?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.  You will also receive an email containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.

At this time, we are set up for deliveries within the United States only.  

Deliveries within the United States take on average 3-5 days.  

How will I know if the color will work with my space? Can you send me a swatch?

We do our very best to accurately represent color on our website, but in some cases there is nothing like the real thing. For many of the fabrics in our collection we can send a swatch so you can try before you buy. Please send swatch requests to info@melissabamberhome.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can you do custom?

We work with interior designers all the time to make their color, size and design dreams come true. Please contact us if you would like to discuss custom options.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via Stripe Payments.  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.

Stripe uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Your order and delivery details are shared with us, but we do not have access to any of your sensitive payment information.

What is your exchange / return policy?

We want you to love your MBH pieces as much as we do.

We happily accept refunds, exchanges or store credit for pieces returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping costs are on the buyer, however we cover shipping for any replacement pieces sent to you.

If you are not happy with your purchase please email us at info@melissabamberhome.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.   In your email, please include your order number, reason for the return and the item you'd like to exchange it for.    

If a product is defective, we will absolutely exchange it for a new product at no additional charge.
