What is your Returns Policy?

We want you to love your MBH pieces as much as we do and be happy and confident with your purchase. If for some reason, it’s not right, we do accept refunds or exchanges with the following conditions:

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact is at info@melissabamberhome.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Pieces must be returned to us in perfect condition. We recommend that you keep the original packaging as return packing and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If we need to send a replacement, we will cover shipping costs back out to you.

If your item was a gift, we will issue a credit for an item of the same value.

If the item arrived damaged, please include photographs in your email.
