What is your turnaround time?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Many items ship faster but we would hate to disappoint you.
Can I place a Rush Order?
We do understand that Rush Orders are sometimes needed. If our production schedule allows it, we would be happy to accommodate your request. Please contact us with your request and we will let you know if we can make it happen, and if a rush fee applies.
How can I check the status of an order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. You will also receive an email containing your tracking number when your order has shipped.
At this time, we are set up for deliveries within the United States only.
Deliveries within the United States take on average 3-5 days.
How secure is this store?
All payments are processed via Stripe Payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
Stripe uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Your order and delivery details are shared with us, but we do not have access to any of your sensitive payment information.

Yes. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale, please contact us.
What is your exchange / return policy?
We want you to love your MBH product as much as we do! We will offer exchange or store credit for merchandise in perfect condition.
If you are not happy with your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery. In your email, please include your order number, reason for the return and the item you'd like to exchange it for. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge.
